    Located in Southern Utah, near the Arizona border, St. George is a stunning and contemporary city. With its favorable altitude and location, it boasts a delightful climate, with milder winters in comparison to other parts of Utah.

    Renowned as a starting point for excursions to neighboring parks, St. George also offers access to exceptional mountain biking trails, particularly in Hurricane's vicinity.

    St. George Utah LDS Temple

    A sight that cannot be missed in St. George is the enormous and imposing edifice that spans an entire city block. The temple's construction commenced in 1872 and was finished five years later.

    While the temple is solely accessible to adherents of the Mormon faith, a visitor center is available on-site for the public.

    The temple's immaculate white facade makes it instantly recognizable from any part of the town. Its vast expanse comprises over 110,000 square feet of indoor space and towering at a height of 175 feet.

  • St. George Children's Museum

    Situated close to downtown St. George, the Children's Museum occupies a charming historical edifice. Upon entering, you and your companions will encounter a dozen engaging rooms filled with interactive exhibits.

    During summertime, it makes for an ideal outing when combined with a visit to Town Square Park's splash pad for a full day of amusement. Additionally, admission is free every first Thursday of the month.

  • Town Square Park

    If you happen to be on a trip with your little ones and looking for an enjoyable yet cost-free way to spend a day, Town Square Park is the answer. Additionally, in case your child gets exhausted from playing in the water, there's an antique carousel nearby that they can ride for a reasonable fee.

    Furthermore, the Tabernacle, known as one of St. George's most significant historical sites and meticulously kept structures, is situated within the park's vicinity.

  • Red Hills Desert Garden

    The Red Hills Desert Landscape is an exquisite display of the flora found in its vicinity. Featuring more than 5,000 plants, some of them are extremely vibrant that they appear to glimmer against the crimson soil and boulders.

    Metal poles that showcase images of various plants line a boardwalk that meanders through the garden, spanning a gentle stream with endangered indigenous fish species.

    If you have sufficient time, you can effortlessly add a trip to Pioneer Park to your itinerary.

  • St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm

    The Dinosaur Discovery Site in Utah offers a glimpse into the prehistoric era when these creatures roamed the land. The site, situated near an Early Jurassic Lake, boasts tens of thousands of fossilized dinosaur tracks that serve as evidence of their existence.

    Visitors can explore life-size replicas of the dinosaurs that once walked on these tracks and admire murals depicting their natural habitat at the exhibition center.
